The Organization of American States is conducting an informal civic consultation for an Inter-American Law against Racism and Intolerance. I thought to post the link here because there should be no one more prepared or qualified to give their opinions than the leaders of NationStates.

Definitely can't be supported by the United States. The convention actually lists sexual orientation as something you can't discriminate against, so the US can't support it.
