It's some military officer singing in Russian. I'm not a fluent Russian speaker, (I can barely read it, I have maybe the vocabulary of a two-year-old) the only words I could make out were "parad pobedy," or "Parade of Victory."

I went on Google for ideas, and at first thought it was the Russian "Victory Day" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Den_Pobedy) but the words didn't match.

Does anybody here have a working knowledge of Russian or any idea what the song is? It's really cool and I'd like to find an English translation somewhere.

Thanks.

This reminded me of Glukoza's video Shvayne for some reason

I'm Russian, but too lazy to type out the whole thing (or listen to it, for that matter.) But I caught "We return from battle" in the beginning.

Basically that the victory parade is something the lucky got, the route being paved with the effort of soldiers, and how worthy the event is. A song entirely lacking authenticity and artistic merit, frankly. It is something a propaganda guy would dream up, rather than men write and popularise in the field.
