When will the NS General Election be held?
I know it's supposed to be held some time this month, seeing as how it's now 4 months after the last one (give or take). But I'm just wondering if anyone has a more specific idea/actual knowledge of when it will take place this month. Thx. :)

Whenever, really. I imagine Ariddia would organise it again, so whenever s/he(?) starts the ball rolling. And the last one was a couple of months late anyway, wasn't it?

I guess so. But I think it's time, anyway. I'm not sure about it being a few months late, cuz there's an election every 4 months, and since the first election was about a year ago, this should be the 4th (Month 0, 4, 8, 12). I think it's been more or less on time.

The first election was April 05, I think...then there was one in September, and one this March.

i'm not sure if ariddia will be hosting it - he seems to be on NS less and less, so we'll see. i'll volunteer to do so if he steps down (will be using my voting system as per the last bill in parliament so it kinda makes sense in a way)
though i do need time to get my new party up and running *shiftyeyes*

yes, unfortunate that its entirely my system. i'm sure someone else could work out how to do it but meh. i'll TG ariddia soon and talk to him :)
other than that, i'm on holiday as of friday and working like stink until then. back on tuesday... i say we can start the election preceedings that week if nobody has any objections :)
hopefully there won't be any tossers trying to spoil our fun this time round...

Well, I'm all for it. I've got an idea for a common manifesto format (for the non-silly/non-mole parties) that I proposed last election, a little too late to be implemented, and I think I'll propose it again.
