Who cares? Klose's decent, but this is nothing.

Klose scores goals and deserves it, a good striker. Well done him

Keeprs and defenders have had a good cup, been an exciting one but few strikers have shone for scoring. Even Henry only showed glimpses of his talent thanks to France not supporting his runs.

Chelsea are a fuctional team, they play well but nowhere near the exciting play that they are capable of. They want a more Arsenal type way, not the stifling play that Chelsea have a repuation for

I agree about the world cup. I disagree about Chelsea and Arsenal. Chelsea attack more than Arsenal do. They just have a much better defense as well. If you think that they play a stifling style of football then you have not seen them play. Try Liverpool for defensive football.

Arsenal play a counter attacking game so wouldn't suprise me. It is just that Arsenal have a repuation(in my view, a fair one0 of playing such pretty football that they have been compared to the great Brazil sides, Total Football, that sort of thing.

I think the Chelsea team could be better going forward, they have the ability to play mouth watering football

klose deserved the golden boot, hes been the only strike to be truly great this world cup, he was outstanding:)

He scored 3 goals and had one disallowed for 'not' being offside against Serbia!

He also had his Tourny cut short through poor team managment and a broken Goalie!

I think the problem was that so many teams tried a formation with just one real striker.

England of course, Italy (until they subbed in more), France, Australia...and probably a few more obvious ones I can't think of right now.

Offensive midfielders are all nice and dandy, but only if they will move into the box as a striker would. Afterall, nothing can be quite as effective as some quick, low and straight passes inside the penalty area.

As for Klose winning it...well, good on him. But he scored the most goals, so it wasn't like there was much of a list to choose from, was there.
