Probably Israel/Palestine. That or Bush stuff. Followed by God. Yeah. Doesn't bother me though.

I suppose without them we'd have not much to debate about

All the things you listed except the “My religion is better than yours,” which seems to be a genuinely rare topic, thankfully.

Also, those inane threads with some stupid premise like, “What’s your favorite cheese?” or “What kind of underwear do you prefer?” that go on for pages and pages and ultimately turn into the same spammy trash.

I'd say religion vs. science and gay marriage becaue there really isn't ever any new information that can be discussed that often. The religion vs. science is always "It's magic," "It is totally not" then a list of people who are going to hell vs. a list of people with imaginary friends.

Occasionally something happens that's new in the gay marriage debate but the debate itself doesn't change much. With Bush, he's still in power and what exactly is being lauded or damned changes the texture (even though there is still the "he can do no wrong you heathen traitor/he is the spawn of the devil" chatter that accompanies it.

I'm tired of those repetitive threads, y'know, the ones that seem to be so numerous and totally perpendicular to one another... the interwoven ones that really rub you the wrong way. What're they called again? Oh yeah - clothing. Damn clothes. They keep chafing me in this summer heat.

Everybody go nekkid!

Weeeee-hooooooooo!

You win this thread.

Anyway...

Frankly, of all the types of threads that bug me...which is really only one type...one stands out: the kind that asks "Which repetative thread do you dislike the most?"

...

So I guess this thread really annoys me. I'll stop posting in it now.

I find the "Help me! I want to be in a relationship but don't know how!" threads to be really annoying.

Gay marriage.

As a gay, I couldn't give less of a shit. It's been done so many times, gay marriage must look like the fourth day of the Somme.

"Should Bush Be Impeached?"
"Do You Like Bush?"
"What Do You Think of Bush?"
"Is Bush Really a Bad President?"
"Bush: like him/hate him? (poll)"

etc. Every single time I see a new one, I want to sniper everyone involved. :p

Though the "Should Gay Marriage be Allowed?" question has basically been asked as many times as it ever should be asked, too.

The friggin *Hottest Chick in Nationstates!!!!!!111!!1* threads

Christ, quit with this stuff. It just makes all of us look that much more lame. As if the incensed discussions about *important issues* like politics, religion, and women's underpants didn't do that already...

Bush and global warming threads are both pretty reptative. Bush threads are probably the very near the top. He's the guy you love to hate. But it's a loving hate.
