Not sure about any atheletes in particular, but IMHO the hottest female atheletes are either distance runners (sorry sprinters, you don't make my cut), soccer chicks, or gymnasts.

I've always thought Kournikova/Sharapova were overrated as far as looks were concerned--they're hot for tennis players, and they're attractive in general, but they're not supermodel-hawt. They get a bump for their athleticism, and because of the group against which they're being compared. I mean, I thought Gabriela Sabatini was hot, but maybe that's only because she was always next to Steffi Graf.
