I think you should definitely go with the one you've spent a long time getting to know. Those kind of relationships are important.
Besides, if you've known her for a long time, you probably know her better, and so would be more easily able to avoid problems. Also, if she knows you like her, she might feel really hurt if you just go off with the newcomer.
