Silly question. Drunk driving is always a crime. Sodomy is usually not. Unless you are living in one of those backwater southern states where they have all sorts of quaint antiquated laws still on the books..

It's already the case. However, the fact remains that drunk drivin is criminalized in an attempt to prevent car crashes. Statistics Canada clearly shows that drunk driving is the main cause of car accidents in my country, and it's already a crime. Imagine the hecatomb if it was legal.

Skal already pointed this out. In the law you are at fault if you have an accident. Ice causes you to spin out thus by your rules they go to prision.

Sodomy isn't the cause of AIDS. You can't blame gay people for it. Besides, the OP didn't say "Which is a Greater Sin: Drunk Driving or Unprotected Sodomy in the Case that you have an STD." Some people are idiots that choose to infect others with HIV, but, for the most part, the reason why sodomy spread AIDS was because the men doing it in the 1980's didn't realise there was any reason to use protection. The world knows now, and things are changing.

Even if there was some sort of intrinsic connection between sodomy and AIDS (which there really isn't), there is absolutely no connection between sodomy and AIDS in Africa, where the most at-risk sector of the population is monogamous, heterosexual married women.

As for which is the more deplorable action, it is drunk driving as far as I'm concerned. There is nothing wrong with sodomy. At all.
