'Bout time.
The journey to the Supreme court is never a swift one. As I read it, all that's needed is an act of congress, in an election year, authorizing the tribunals for those in Cuba. Haha. Wow, that seems like it's really hard. Hmmm for legal rights for dangerous terrorists or not. The best past is, then they get to start over for ANOTHER trip to the supreme court arguning the legitimacy of that.
The greatest torture of all may indeed be the legal machinations of a democratic republic. Amusing.
