Your dream cabinet!

Suppose you were given the job of appointing a national leader and Cabinet to rule a country (your own or fictitious). You can name as many as you want, but be sure to list which ministry/department/whatever they would be in charge of. Oh, and your Cabinet members can be from any country, and they can be living or dead.

Cool topic idea, but it's late and I'm too tired to try to think of a list right now. So I'll subscribe to this thread and post tomorrow. Errr....later today, whatever.

Kherberusovichnya
28-06-2006, 21:37
I will not post the current "dream cabinet" for the Dominion of Kherberusovichnya.
Be assured, the Occulted and Everpresent Hands of the Pantokrator's Will are enacting the Dominion's betterment as I speak... regardless of whether they are "known" to, or were "elected" by the Starving Bazillions of our Dominion.
They shall remain...anonymous.
On the other hand, IF I wasn't representing a cabal of egomaniacs and bloodthirsty loons who make Cobra Commander look well-balanced...here's who the Cabinet of a presumed "non-totalitarian" state would have:
Prime Minister: Ummm, me. With lots of emotional counseling and some serious antacids
Sidekick Prime Minister and Chief Advisor: My friend Tom Hamilton.
Commander of the Armed Forces (subject to my overrule): Colin Powell, with vigorous help from Chuck Norris and Mr. T
Secretary of Health, Housing, and Citizens' Welfare: Jimmy Carter
Secretary of Education: George Orwell
Secretary of the Council for the Arts: A tag-team of Jorge Luis Borges, Phillip K. Dick, Bill Sienkowicz, Bill Watterson and KRS-1 from BDP.
Secretary of Economic Furtherance and General Money-Stuff: Not any easy one, but probably Alan Greenspan's brain in a jar, hooked up to a Deep Blue processor
Every Other Position I Forgot About: Well, we'd just have who we have now, and we'd have, like, a "chore wheel", and people would have to "double up" on a random second Cabinet position every second or third week.
Yeah, that's it.
