Keeper: Zubherbuhler (sp? The Swiss keeper).
Defence: Puyol, Senderos, Sorin, Lucio/Juan.
Midfield: Joe Cole, Rodriguez, Cambiasso
Forwards: Torres, Klose, Crespo.

It'd probably be like the BBC's one, which limits which formations you can make. Anyway, here's my suggestion for a 3-3-2-2 England:
