Well it just started thunderstorming here about 5 minutes ago and I'm happy :) I love the sound of the rain and thunder...so powerful yet calming. Also I like the way lightning lights up the sky. I spend much of my time just staring out the window during these.
What about you guys?

I like snow. I see it so rarely that it's a real treat.

Ah ... well in south Texas, we get 3 months out of the year with nothing but thunderstorms ... big ones. We never get snow.

At the moment, I'd love to have that wheather here...but no... its dry and sort of cloudless. In a way I also just wanna have sunny warm dry weather...but not while i'm in this country - at the moment anyway-. Hopefully there will be some rain and thunder tomorrow...

26 Degress Celsius bit of wind a few clouds in the sky.
But i love rain too especially at night the sound it makes on the roof is rather calming.

I like severe thunderstorms, I feed off the energy. It's probably got something to do with the fact that I used to be an amature storm chaser, but it could be the other way around.
I decided chasing tornadoes wasn't a very responsible "mom" activity, so I gave it up, but the girls and I still like to go outside when it's heading in and look at the green sky, the wall cloud and stuff..... it's so cool!

I like thunder storms.. but I really like it around here in winter.
The sky is red, it's really quiet outsite, and the huge snowflakes hit the ground and you hear this little sound.. my likes.

I like thunderstorms, too. they make me feel good. Something about the negative energy in the air makes me feel positive in comparison. I also like sunny, warm weather. There's something wrong when it's cold and rainy in June.

I hate, absolutely loathe cold weather. I think I'm allergic to it. Which is nice, cause in a couple months I'm going to where it's cold and snowy six months (at least) out of the year.
Snow. Oh man, I love snow. I used to live in Vermont and just went mad for it.
Now, however, I'm back in Tennessee, so we have an acute lack of snow. I love thunderstorms though, especially when the lightning is spectacular. Everything's fun and awesome until the tornado sirens go off, then the party's over >_>.

The best weather to me is just outside a storm when you are in the mountains. The 20 minutes right before and the 20 minutes right after. Or, if you are really lucky, the storm will barely miss you, passing by in the next valley- so you can get a full hour of the perfect weather. Overcast, cool, windy...perfect.

That first day that makes you realize winter will in fact end at some point. Usually there are a couple of fluke days in February where it gets to be 65F and sunny. Finally its comfortable enough to walk around without needing long sleeves or a coat.
Unfortunately, since I live in Boston, this stretch of nice weather is almost always followed by some more blizzards before spring actually shows up.

As much as I love a good New York blizzard, nothing beats those fierce, awesome, hair tingling thunderstorms that make 12:00 PM look like 3:00 AM.
I love warm weather, the kind with nice dry heat and not too many clouds in the sky. It got up to 109 Fahrenheit today - great weather for lounging at the pool and jumping in when you start to overheat. :p

Sweltering Hot, so hot it boils your skin.
I enjoy rain, with a light breeze, so I can open my windows and listen to it. Sounds like a cheesy American novel, but it's true. I also don't like overly-warm weather or humid atmospheres either, which is why I like shade..

Hmmm... It depends on the activity and my mood. However, I generally like mildly warm temperatures (15-25 degrees - yes I'm speaking C. - with the traditional "room temperature" of 21-23 C. being pretty much perfect) and moderate humidity. Percipitation and cloud cover are the big flexable points. I like to take walks in the rain, for example, but nobody ever seems to want to have a picnic or cookout. And the beach is OK in the rain (as long as there's no lightning), but there tend to be more girls in bikinis when it's sunny... :D
I love big storms of any kind, especially thunderstorms. We don't get those big Texas gullywashers, that I grew up on, here in Japan, as the geography's all wrong for big thunderstorms. Hurricanes and typhoons are OK, as long as they aren't directly meanacing.

I like the wind. When I'm up in the hills, a strong breeze makes the clouds shoot across the sky, always changing the view. I also like it when the clouds are below the mountain tops on a day with broken cloud. A reappearing view is far better than one you can look at all day.

I'm not sure what my "favorite" weather is, since it varies depending upon my mood. Most of the time I prefer an overcast sky, mild to moderate humidity, and temps in the 75 to 80 range (24 to 27 for you Brits and 297 to 300 for you science nerds). I absolutely love a walk in a nice, warm Summer shower, and I find thunderstorms to be rejuvenating. You sun-worshippers can have it. I have red hair with the requisite light complexion and I burn easily. The only exception I make for that is in the Winter time unless there's snow on the ground (the glare hurts my eyes). As for snow, well, you can have that, too. Everyone to each his/her own. I spent too much time on the streets trying to survive in sub-zero weather to enjoy that stuff -- except from the comfort of my living room, watching the pretty stuff fall from the sky while I'm toasting next to the fireplace and using one of the dogs as a foot-warmer.

It depends on my mood, but now I feel like walking through a really thick, heavy mist where I can't see ten feet in front of me. Just walking through not, having to worry about anything. Most types of weather inspire different emotions or feelings from me.
