The BBC obviouslyu doesn't check stuff properly - first there was all that criticism over their supposed First Aid course (which appeared to be a combination of truth and stupidity), and I've just finished a supposed "real science" survey that has recorded all my answer completely wrong, so does anyone know of a reliable website where I can learn about the Human Body?
Note to UK university students: if there's a website you know of that only certain universities have access to, I might have access to it as well and may be able to use it immediately as I'm using a university computer now.

Mayhaps you should be a little more specific in what you're looking for.
Physiology
Biology
Psychology (behavioural, cognitive, physiological, abnormal ...)
Sex
Exercise
...
Why not just purchase a copy of Gray's Anatomy? 'Course, that's only if you're looking for anatomy...
What are you looking for?

That's a great resource for basic anatomy. Beware, though, that it is geared towards medical students performing anatomical dissections, and is thus filled with pictures of real human cadavers being dissected. So, if you're faint of heart, and find those sorts of things disturbing, do not click the link.

I know a lot of good resources for American university students, but none for UK students. There's Gray's Anatomy Online (http://www.bartleby.com/107/) for pictures of human anatomy from the famous text; Human Anatomy Online (http://www.innerbody.com/htm/body.html) is a good, easy resource for systemic information; Basic Anatomy (http://web.jjay.cuny.edu/~acarpi/NSC/14-anatomy.htm) for specific information about the uses of the human organ systems...
If you have really specific questions, I'm a nursing student, so I might be able to help you D:.

Wouldn't American stuff be relevant to UK people though? I mean like, Americans don't use different names for body parts than UKians do they?
P.S. I'm now a UKian, a Briton, and an Englander :)

In Europe, proper Latin Nomenclature is prevalent (say, nervus petrosus superficialis major), while in the US, they use a bastardised version infused with English terms and English grammar (say, large superficial petrosal nerve or something like that).
That's why one has to watch out when buying anatomical books, to make sure one gets the proper version. I'm not really sure which nomenclature the UK uses.
