Right now I am having the worst post-video game nausea I've had in years. I was playing Red Ninja and after like 30 minutes of spinning camera angles, I'm ready for all out pukefest.
Anyone else has this kind, or other kinds of post-game sickness? Any game that is especially bad?

Wipeout: 2097 was notorious for it back in the day.
Descent can leave you similarly disoriented, but i've never felt "sick" from it.

first person shooters always give me that huge adrenaline rush as if i were really there.
I feel ill whenever I play games whilst in the car. I'm a pauper who doesn't have a DS or PSP so it's Tetris on my graphics calculator. Hurrah for tetris.

In Portland, Oregon in 1981, an unheard-of new arcade game appeared in several suburbs, something of a rarity at the time. This game was called "Polybius". The game proved to be incredibly popular, to the point of addiction, and queues formed around the machines, quickly followed by clusters of visits from men in black. Rather than the usual marketing data collected by company visitors to arcade machines, they collected some unknown data, allegedly testing responses to the psychoactive machines. The players themselves suffered from a series of unpleasant side-effects—amnesia, insomnia, nightmares, night terrors, and suicide appearing as having been caused by the game in various versions of the legend. Some players stopped playing video games, while it is reported that one became an anti-gaming activist.
I wonder where Jack Thompson was at that time. :)

Unreal Tournament 2003 has a tendency to make me easily frightened and defensive after playing, with fast reflexes and heightened senses. Not really a sickness, more like a high. But yeah.

Game induced Motion Sickness... had that once... playing the Original Doom. but now I don't.
I have a nausea from shitty video games - nothing motion-related, unless the camera is shitty.
