BUSH ORDER WOULD LIMIT PROPERTY SEIZURES (http://www.abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory?id=2112909)
By JENNIFER LOVEN
WASHINGTON Jun 23, 2006 (AP)— President Bush ordered Friday that federal agencies cannot seize private property except for public projects such as hospitals or roads. The move occurred on the one-year anniversary of a controversial Supreme Court decision that gave local governments broad power to bulldoze people's homes for commercial development.
... I really don't care. This is a good decision to right a terrible SCOTUS ruling. However, is it going to change who I vote for? No, I'll continue to do the same thing I do every election -- write myself in as the only candidate I trust.
