I know people bring up the topic of meeting people all the time. But this time I am serious. I suggest that we have a meeting in STL at six flags! :D Any takers?

I could possibly make that if it were scheduled far enough in advance that I could make myself available for a weekend.

Alright, well actually I was going to suggest the 31st of July, because I am going to six flags that night for a concert. So I figured two birds with one stone!
Not bad

Saint Louis is too far for me.

If it was Vegas I'd go in a heartbeat

I'll be working then. And I'm not likely to find a replacement in time. No one wants to take my shifts because I pick the funky ones no one else wants.

Same problem. Like I said before, it would have to be planned pretty far in advance.

I vote for KC over St. Louis, on the grounds that I live in KC and don't care enough to pay for gas money to and from St. Louis, but could probably afford to drive anywhere in my hometown.

(Not that I'm exactly an important enough Generalite for anyone to be making decisions on my account, but I thought I'd mention it just the same. :) )

Early August would be most convienient for me, but it doesn't really matter when or where so long as it's a weekend. *nods*

Is this so you dont have to see upper management and all the politicking of M-F day shift?

No. For one, I don't need to see upper management at all, and for two there's no politicking involved. It's just that I have shifts people don't want.

Sounds like a good jub then. I used to do graveyard and weekend shifts for the reasons I asked you about.
