Ahhh shit, I guess shit has to be my one, and fuck. There is nowt better than a well placed fuck for emphasis.

Definitely ****. Whilst I personally use it several times daily, it remains one of the few words in the English language that has the power to shock (as Kanabia has pointed out). I have taken to use it as an adjective and verb as well as a noun; it can be as versatile as fuck in the right settings.

Fuck is my second favourite, and I do like bollocks as well. I use plenty of other swear words in my daily vocabulary as well; I really am a foul-mouthed bitch ;)

Well, "fuck" is probably the one I use with the most regularity.
Although Kanabia hit the proverbial nail on the head, "****" has all the power today.

However, my favorite expletive is "Yah Soppy ****!" said with a Cockney accent.
