Spare ribs in a roll with bbq sauce. Kind of strange to have here in NZ but they got it at the tuck shop or 'canteen'. Fuckin' beautiful.

Meat lovers pizza w/ bbq sauce (again).. Ohhh, so good.

Speaking from personal experience, no, not really. Although there was only one way I liked bacon done, and no one else I know ever does it that way. Fried in Newcastle Brown Ale.

What I do when I have bacon for breakfast is save all the oil in the pan until dinner. Then I fry my dinner in the same pan and have bacony tasting veggies or whatever I happen to eat. That's an excellent idea, don't you think?

Yeah a veggie friend of mine gets that, but he insist that he is veggie on taste grounds rather than moral grouds. I tell him I don't belive him, but hey perhaps if it really does taste like cardboard then he may be tellin' me the truth.

Its a winning combination. You need decent thick bacon so the stilton doesn't over power it, not the crappy thin supermarket stuff.

For bacon it HAS to be brown. Red sauce is good for chips. *nods*

Definitely brown for bacon, eggs, any pork products, meat pies. Preferably HP or failing that Daddys. I lived abroad for five years and missed HP sauce like hell.

Fried eggs also require brown sauce. Tomato and egg yolk just don't go together

Personally, I adore thick bacon, english mustard and mayonaise sandwiches. Even better is honey mustard and bacon sandwiches. All on wholewheat brown bread.
