Starting in a few weeks, I'm doing a musical. I play a very embarrassing role, but I have a song.

What's so great about summer? It's hot and humid. Also it doesn't get dark until like 9 PM.

It's a good thing it doesn't get dark until late. I personally like to see where I am going.

Well, I'll still be working full time. I'll probably take some days off to spend a long weekend or two up at Lake Tahoe, and in August I'm going on a cruise for a week. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary.

I've been on summer vacation for over a month...

Fuck summer. It was 103 degrees Fahrenheit (about 40 degrees Celsius) today and humid. I ended up just taking the dogs in with me and sleeping in a dark room with Dr Strangelove playing on the telly.

For summer, I'm just staying home. We were going to go visit family in California, but it doesn't seem like we're going to now. Remodelling on my house starts in a couple of weeks, so I'll be spending a good part of my summer sleeping in the same bed as my younger sister. I will likely want to kill myself.
