A Canadian team designed a vehicle capable of driving from Vancouver to Halifax on one gallon of gasoline. Unfortunately the one-passenger car is so small that if you took it out on the highway a hummer would probably run over you and not even notice.

The added air resistance of the flags'd be a bit of a pain in the arse.

What speed did it go and what happens if a wind of gretaer than 20 MPH kicks up? How high in the air will it fly before it comes crashing down?
