Yes, it's the commissioner who supports having dogs eat at restaurants, and wants limits on feeding the homeless.

Reminds me of the signs on some German restaurants that say you can have a dog in the restaurant, but you can't bring kids in to eat.

Maybe she needs to move there.

Hey now. That's a perfectly reasonable rule, considering that dogs are substantially easier to housebreak than human children are.

Lemme guess - 'Sylvia Street' is what - a nasty place for those nasty people to go eat their nasty food? Or is it the domain of local restaurants who don't have the facilities for the councillor's canine diners? Or is it the domain of local restaurants who do not have stakeholders on city council...?
