NationStates Jolt Archive

I feel that NationStates needs real-time chat. There are numerous inexpensive--and some are even free-- chat programs out there. I feel real-time chat would make NationStates more immersive. It would also attract more members to NS. Chat and IM are the very "in" things nowadays.

I'd love some feedback on this issue. Please feel free to comment. Chat is a *good* thing! :)

We're not going to be adding any 'official' chat rooms, but there are plenty of unofficial ones.
