The middle east or Africa(not including South Africa, botswana, or the Arab nations). So which one has more problems.

Funny that you would exclude the Arab nations, seeing as many are theocracies with strict versions of Sharia law implemented. South Africa also has some issues, although admittedly it is nowhere near as bad as the rest of Africa. On the whole, I would say Africa faces far worse issues than the Middle East: extreme poverty, starvation, widespread diseases (e.g. AIDs), some utterly corrupt governments, tribal warfare...the list just goes on.

I should have been more clear. They are only excluded from the Africa option, I would group them in with the middle east. Your right though, I think Africa does have more issues on a whole but some would disagree.

Ah right, I see how you meant it now. I thought you were excluding from both groups.

Why would you group South-Africa and Botswana with the Middle-East?

He doesn't. They are simply excluded. They face far fewer problems than the rest of Africa.

rofl. No, they are excluded all together because they are relative stable and well off compared to the rest of Africa.
edit: beat me to it:D
