Question for Reformed Christians/Calvinists

I just found out about this point yesterday.

Are you infralapsarian: Because God had the Fall in His plan, He has election

Or are you supralapsarian: Because God has election in His plan, He had the Fall.

I'm leaning to infralapsarian, but I need to do more research.

And I can't help but wonder if there was any order to the creation of God's plan at all.

Neither, technically. I think the whole notion of a "fall" is misguided Augustinian gibberish used to turn Christianity and human behavior into something it shouldn't be.

I would say neither too. You should have put more options.

So obscure. Not Calvinist anyway, freaks.

Hmm, I must have a very different definition of "reformed christian" in mind.

i think that the notion of "election" is about as far off from jesus' teachings as you can get and still reasonably be called a christian.

I am in agreement, the Gospels have no mention of the Elect. According to the 4 Orthodox Gospels all that is required is a belief in Jesus as the son of God, and a belief that he died and was resserected for your sins. THe notion of Predestination and the elect, seems to be at best a rationalization.
