Jeffrey P. Jarosz got drunk, stole a police car, and drove around pretending to be a cop, messing with people and chugging vodka in plain sight behind the wheel of the police car. This guy knows how to party. Drunk driving is dangerous and irresponsible, but at least he did it with style.
