Thats right! Its summer holiday/ vacation time! Well except for those antipodean wierdoes.....
In light of this, what are our plans for the summer, inclusing holidays etc?

i'm going to quebec to support my mum running the quebec marathon! she's 55 and never run anywhere in her life, haha. ... no really she has my full support. but she's not getting any (well not much) sympathy if she drops out with exhaustion or whatever. apart from that i'm moving into a new flat and working to save money.

Why do we still have to g to school in england? We're too smart for the teachers, and the government dosn't foster our talents!
I have my holidays on the 21st of July.

im going to spend 4th of july week in harper's ferry west virginia with my niece and her family. my sister and my son are going with. im hoping we can take an afternoon raft trip down the shenendoah river. otherwise is supposed to be a "pool vacation" since they just put a nice swimming pool in at their house
the first week in august the husband, son and i are going to spend 5 days at yosemite. ive wanted to go to yosemite for a long time. when the husband asked where we should go on vacation it was the first thing i suggested.

But a holiday packed full of work and games.. fun stuff....
Spending Fourth of July with family in Moline, Illinios (that place were their's nothing to do) then I'm going to spend the rest of summer working, trying to contact those I knew last year(in highschool)
