There are Public Access TV, you know the one where everyone can have their own TV shows, (Channel 7 here) I wonder if there's public access radio stations though. I don't think NPR counts. Is there?
What's "public access"?
Just something that everyone can see or, in this case, hear?

I don't think there are, if you don't count NPR.

Public Access means that anyone could be on it or in it.
