There comes a time in everyone's life when you come face to face with the end of your innocence and have to dal with the fact that life is not always fair. Today is one of those days. I hate to be the barer of ill tidings, but I feel duty bound to tell you all that Madonna and Brittney Spears are no longer friends.

You know, I am absolutely shocked at the cavlier attitude you people are taking towards the death of one of history's most important and celebrated friendships. It was the Madonna and Brittney Spears friendship that brought us such classic TV moments as the MTV kiss and the... you know... that other stuff. I'll think of it later. I know and maybe we can take comfort in that fact, but it is hard to ignore the fact that this was just a movie. Madonna and Brittney may have actually bumped donuts in real life - but not anymore. :(
