Is it true what I heard from my friend? that the SK anthem was played twice? instead of the Togo one?

Don't know. They started coverage here with the kick-off.

What's wrong with South Korea? Downhill since Guus went to coach Australia?

I would have thought Korea would be doing better than that.

It's halftime and Togo holds the lead over Korea with Mohamed Kader scoring in the 31 minute.

Doesn't look as if it will be a good game to watch. It just doesn't seem to have much fluency to it.

Missed it myself, but the half-time commentators just said that the South Korean anthem was played twice, then the Togo one. Ooops.
Also, the little kids who always stand in front of the players during the anthems apparently started to run off the field after the second one was finished, heeee.

Didn't Guus Hiddink just shut off the normal Korean league for a certain period of time to train the elite players from those teams. That would help explain the difference in quality.

I wouldn't be so sure. T&T's actually not bad defensively. It'll be interesting to see how Togo responds.
