Is Oblivion worth buying? I have heard good and bad. I just bought my 360 and I don't want to end up wasting money on worthless games like I did with my original Xbox.

I heard that once you play it a few times, the loading times take forever, and I read on a gamming forum about freezing and some minor, but annoying glitches.

Played it, enjoyed it, tired of it. Mind you, I didn't play it for very long. Maybe a week or two, and only occasionally during that period of time. It just didn't grab me as too amazing or incredible. Certainly didn't live up to all the hype.
Is this the first negative comment on the Almighty Oblivion...? :eek:

I'm not paying 60+ bucks for it though, I;; get it off Ebay for half that.

It's fantastic. Just make sure you play it through completely - do all the side quests, join all the Guilds etc, as well as the main quest, so you get the best experience from the game possible.
Oh and I had it freeze up on my and have long loading times. I just took it back to Game and said it was freezing and shit. The new copy works fine.

Incredible game. It has unprecedented depth for a single player RPG, even when compared with the likes of Baldur's Gate II or Morrorwind. Do yourself a favour, buy it and indulge in it.
