We all crave a certain junk food every now and then.
Whats your most favourite snack food and why?
Mine has got to be either original potato chips or french fries, I can have buckets of those, I just love the salty crunchiness its too awesome!!! And for sweetness, nothing beats an Oreo cookie dunked in some good ole milk!!! :)

My favourite junk food of all time is ....and this is very specific.... Middleswarths BarbeQ Potato Chips (which are only available in the Lancaster, PA area). Theyre unbelievably bad for you and SOOOOO good. I used to export Cans of them when I moved to New York and then Alabama. And washing them down with a Yuengling beer....well thats another story entirely. guh.

Then why is it called chocolate?
White chocolate is made from a different part of the cacao bean. Thus, technically speaking, it IS chocolate. It's just from a different part of the bean as dark chocolate and milk chocolate. And it never goes through the chocolate liquer part - the removal of its part is prior to that stage. Which is why some people might say that it technically isn't.
Hence why white chocolate is very different from dark and milk chocolates, but still has the name of chocolate attached to it. Me? Chocolate nerd? No, never... (I am to chocolate what some people are to wine.)

Houmous? Is that the stuff that we call "humus" in the US? If so, it's really healthy, they just make low-fat versions because garbonzo beans have quite a bit of (healthy) fat and people freak about that whether or not it's healthy fat. If not, well, I don't know what you're talking about then, so I certainly can't answer! :)
