...would you want your partner to remarry?
I think it's an interesting question; I obviously hate the thought of my partner being with someone else, but...
The one thing that makes me happier than anything else is to see her happy, and thus the idea of her spending the rest of her life unhappy simply because of her memory of me would be something I wouldn't want. Also, as I believe that when we die we will go on to a better place, I hope that I would be above such feelings as jealousy and actually like any new man who made her happy.
If you don't have a partner, you can answer hypothetically, and I say 'remarry', but it could simply mean go out with someone else if you're not married.

I honestly wouldnt mind. If i died i'd be happy she could find someone else she liked to spend the rest of her life.

As long as she didn't kill me (or have me killed) so that she could..
I just hope she'll always think back of me fondly..

I think so. Unless she'd prefer to dig up my rotting corpse & keep shagging me until I fell apart.

Yes, I'd want him to remarry. It's a double-edged sword though, on one hand I would want him to be happy with someone else, on the other hand he's never going to find someone as wonderful as I am, so he won't be as happy as he would be with me, and this may make him unhappy, and...
...what was I saying again?
I figure if I'm dead I have other concerns than who my former partner is shagging.

"...'til death do you part?"
So yeah, at that point I won't have anything to say about it anyway. ;)
I'm not bothered by the idea that she'll love other people, or even love them more than she loves me, after I'm dead. If I'm not there for her, I don't really have any claims over her.
I'm not bothered by her dating other people while we're both still alive, when we're not together, though. I'm not really prone to jealousy.
When I die, I would certainly 'like' to 'see' her remarry. I certainly hope (and expect) my memory won't hold her back from seeking happiness.

Well, I'm dead. Which means I can't be with my partner anymore...
That being said, yes, if my partner is happy with finding another lover, thats fine.
Sure let her go ahead and marry if she wants to. After all why should she be happy?

How about this: she will not be sacrificed, but buried alive! :D *psycho mode on*
