well see the thing is, there is an incredably huge ultra ancient text from India that is part of the hindu religion that is about 10 times larger than the Illiad, and its all about humans being enlsaved by an alien race for generations until the humans rise up, and then are helped by another alien race to fight the oppresive ones, and the war lasts for about 20 years I believe, thie war took place about 8,000BC or something like that. I sounds extremely far fetched I know but the show I saw on it was impressive,
Also there have been recordings in the past 2,000 years of metallic objects fighting in the sky around the world using "lighting" and "fire" to shoot eachother down. One particulary huge once over Venice Italy in the middle ages infact.
