Dad blasted stereotyping Zambian!

Not bad

According to Reuters a Briton who had overstayed his visa in Zambia was sentenced by a Zambian magistrate to 15 days of hard gardening in the magistrate's flower garden.

Typical isnt it? Just because he's a Limey it automatically means he's a good gardener. I am appalled for Brits everywhere. Blardy Zambian magistrate!

Well he couldn't very well assign the Brit to dentistry...

I never really made that stereotypical connection. Are there many famous british gardeners?

Now me, personally, I'd stereotype japanese as gardeners if I were the stereotyping sort. :p

...anymore than they could assign a Canadian to organising an exciting event.

Glad they didn't sentence him to cooking.

Glad they didn't sentence him to cooking.

That would be the magistrate's punishment. :p

Och! Is that the first negative stereotype that popped into your head? I'm a bit disappointed:( Surely there are better (worse) ones?

I couldn't think of any other Canadian stereotypes, I'm afraid. At least not negative ones. :p

Hard gardening sounds like ripping out weeds and whatnot. I don't see how it would take a lot of skill and knowledge of botany to accomplish any requirements "hard gardening" might demand.

Yeah, and I wouldn't have made a connection between British and botanist either.
