Aging is great!

Aging doesn't guarantee maturity, we all know that, but I have to say that I'm enjoying the ageing process. At 29, I think I look better than I did at 19, and I have a hell of a lot more confidence. I'm bolder now, and have a lot less fear in me. I'm good at maintaining relationships, and I have a clear set of goals. I haven't sold out my ideals...in fact I get more radical with every passing year, and better yet, learn skills to strenghten my bite instead of just raging against the machine over beer. The sex keeps getting better, the friends more valued, and life enjoyed to a fuller extent.

Of course, none of this is guaranteed by aging either...but I am greatly looking forward to my thirties, forties, fifties and (hopefully) beyond.

29 is a hawt age anyway.

I'm currently 19, I spose I can wait 10 more years... :p

Aging sucks if you still look like you're thirteen ten years later.

Aging ought to be consistant. I hate not aging gracefully - that and looking like a damn pre-teen!

i'm 21 and in some ways i'm better than i was - more mature, etc - but in others, i've definitely gone backwards in the last few years (5?) :(
that said, the clear goals and things i used to believe were nieve and stupid anyway... my current outlook on life and myself is: meh *shrugs* (yes, the shrugs are important)

Well, also differences in age don't mean that much, especially one you're out of your teens...take this hot 45 year old at work for example...who came on to me very strongly this weekend...but said she didn't want to take me home until she was sober:( ...anyway...:D

I have mixed feelings about aging. I wish I could have my 45 year old mind in my 25 year old body. :(

Well at some point, physical looks are going to go downhill, no doubt about it. But hey, trade off is, you get to sit in your rocking chair on your porch, in your nightgown, an afghan tossed across your knees (no, not the nationality, the blanket) and a shotgun clutched in your bony hands, just waiting for some kid to step on your lawn so you can howl at him and blast away at the sky...

The only trouble with aging is by the time you get your head together, your body starts to fall apart.

Damn design flaws.

Damn design flaws.Myself I would prefer not having a body by then. Who knows, maybe I'll end up as a maniacal brain in a tank...?
