Let's terraform Utah so that it's livable. Burn down the cities and churches, Masonic lodges and fast food restaurants. After that we can send all the hippies and dissidents there, like in Escape from New York or something.

Minor point; hippies and dissidents already have a place to go, that being Canada. There's plenty more room for the rest of them anyway.
I say we just fill the whole state with water and put up a big wall around it. It can become the next big aquarium or something.
