I know I sound crazy, but I have been doing a lot of reading of late, and I have come to the conclussion Hitler, was almost as bad as George Bush. I know I sound like a nut, but all the Jews he killed? And he was psychotic dictator? Folks, Hitler may have been close to Bush! :eek:

I'm pretty sure that it was Jon Stewart that said, and I'm paraphrasing, that gratuitious comparisons to Hitler do a dis-service to Hitler. In essence, diminishes the impact and overall dickness that Hitler 'worked' so hard to 'earn.' It's not so much in defense of Bush, who is a dick in his own right, but an effort to not diminish or reduce the bad that Hitler did.

Yes but the Nazi party had an obvious majority, and with the Conservatives they had an absolute majority (over 50%).

Adolf Hitler didn't drink alcohol, didn't eat meat and (according to speculations) didn't have sexual relationship with any woman. He was injured in a gas attack in WW I.
Hitler was not bad, he was sick!
Bush jr isn't bad, he's dum!
It is impossible to compare those two disasters to humanity.

Bush Jr is a dickhole, and a lying bastard, and the worst President the nation has ever had, and comes from one of the most powerful, and corrupt families in America, but even that doesnt make him Hitler.
Despite the fact that Bush's Grandfather banked the Nazi Party, until The US passed a law forbidding him to do so, and the further fact that J. Edgar Hoover called his entire family Nazi's (and could probably prove it), Bush is not responsible for the deaths of 16-20 million people in WW2.
There some similarities between the two, however, and Godwin's "Law" can eat my ass.

They are subverting the held belief that Hitler is the benchmark of evil and parodying the Michael Mooresque exaggeration of Bush's malice and satirising the ignorance of today's youth.

The Nazis were the biggest poltical party in 1933(or'34) and the president always choses the pirme minister out of the members of the largest party=>Hitler became prime minister in a democratic way...

I doubt they knew each other personally. Hitler died in the '40's and Bush is around sixty. The facts just don't mash together enough to agree with your statement.
