Caravans should be banned! Why do you go up into the beautiful hills? To admire the views and feel at one with nature - so why take a horrible white plastic box with you that spoils it for others.
I will build a secure mansion in the slums. Which I will gradually buy up and demolish to makeway for rolling parklands. I will of course offer some employment to the locals but I wouldn't want to encourage them to live too near. I would set up a school to encourage the to have belief in theri ability to leave the slums and better themselves and show them lots of pictures of beautiful and interesting places they could visit to make sure they had itchy feet.

the hills are my home, and i'd rather see transportable shelter then the kind of ticky tacky development that devistates everything.
12 acres and a pickup truck, a self contained trailer and oh what luck, two garden sheds and a septic tank, i'd give the world for this much to thank.
the earth is sacred, mansions are crap. i guess i don't need to beat the subject to death but my feelings are unambiguous.
cities are someplace to visit for various reasons, but no place to try and get a decent night's sleep.
