If it were a double wang, than I would say it's a conversation starter...now it's just kind of weird. I'm definitely thinking it will fall more in to the date preculsion category than a neat conversation starter.

Sadly neither of his left arms work properly. But that can be fixed. Man, I wish I had a third arm. It'd be like that scene in Once Upon a Time in Mexico, with Johnny Depp's bad self using the fake arm. Cept I'd actually be able to use the fake one. Mega cool fake out.

I understand their intentions, but I think it's a shame that the doctors are getting rid of the third arm.
