Good Guys Bad Deeds

We all know that good guys do good deeds, don't we?

Do we?

Are there nice, decent folks who unleashed massive suffering on their fellows for one reason or another? What about morally reprehensible, insufferable twits who made the world a better place?

Cookies for anyone with the most gory example. :D

How the hell are you gonna distinguish between good and bad? If you're looking to draw a thick red line in between them, then anyone who unleashes massive suffering is a bad guy, even if they seem good (Hitler was quite charismatic, you know), and anyone who improves the world is a good person even if they seem like a jerk.

Go screw a goat (incidentally, that seems to be the most popular choice. You'd better do it.)

I donate to charities and do other good activities...then I light a hobo on fire :D

Does that make me bad? Or both?

Although i answered honestly and without much cynicism/verbal irony, i have to say that even a baaaaaaaad fella like ya or Verdigroth can do a pretty good job on a goat - and there seems to be a lot in favour of that, so it would be for the common good.
You know what to do, you know when to do it.
