Ok, so we all know that global warming is real, right? And it is caused by our polluting. We are oppressing people who belive in other things than we do, and we are fighting not a tangible war, but one ubiquitus.
So where are we going? We have houses put on tectonic plate edges, we have gangs that kill for no reasons, and we have prejudiced people who fight against freedom, so where are we going?
Pleaz respond.

Same place as always. People are neither the be-all nor end-all of the universe. More than just the cockroaches will survive us ;)

The biggest mistake is to kid yourself that it's for 'no reason.' It might not be a good reason, or sound reason, but there is a reason. The sentence that follows that is also problematic.

And it will eventually expand and suck in the solar system, but I think cosmic rays will get to us faster.
Hell in a handbasket, thats where.

Wow, a whole page and more and no-one's responded with a 'I don't believe in global warming' or similar bollocks. I'm almost disappointed - is NS Gen becoming... more sensible?!?!
But as to where we're going... the stars boy! To the stars!

Things will pretty much continue to spiral into chaos, and then... we'll eventually be on Mars, doing the same goddamn stuff we did here on Earth. ;)

Uh...OH YEAH! Uh...right -- uh...global warming is a fiction trumped up by the "drive-by" media...and, uh...oil is good...and...
and...
Aw, shucks, I just can't do it. And normally I pride myself at being an Angel's advocate (which is what you do, naturally, when adopting the Neocon side to make a point).

OK, so global warming is fake, then how come the ice is down in all poles?
You know it's true. In Arizona they are breaking their records every year.
And, Alaska's glaciers are melting so quickly, one has already departed.
