I like wine.

No. I love wine.

My favorite wine is Brouilly. Yes its French. So what :)

I also like Californian wines (Dominus!) and other New World wines...

At the moment I am drinking -

Marlborough Reserve Pinot Nior 2004 (Brancott)

Montana region of New Zealand

Very nice indeed...as with all PN's it needs to be just under room temp...its spicy and ruby...the nose gives me liquirce and a touch of chocolate...

is this pompous bollocks or what?? !!!

LOL

I like wine in general a lot, though my abiding love is for good port and sherry.

Recently I've been drinking wines from spain, riojas and things.

Cool!!!

I like Zin as well:)

I really do think that an awfull lot of the problems the wine industry has is that people are intimidated...

When I was growing up I was given wine to drink wiht evening meals..no more than a half a glass if that...but it taught me that you can enjoy wine just for the experience....rather than just the alchohol content...

mmm I like port as well....but am not a major fan....so not able to discuss the subject really...

Spanish wines are a mixed lot....You can get lucky and find stuff that is mindblowing...but its hard to find those and still keep withing a reasonable price...

I like cheap wines.

Yeah...that works for me:)

After all I'd rather spend £50 than £500 on a bottle....!

Campo Viejo makes a really nice Tempranillo. The 2004 is terrific.

Lets face it...both of us would rather pay bugger all! :)

Serious...there is great wine to be had at those prices on the continent...don't forget that we pay stupid amounts of tax on booze in the UK...:(
