Download a newer graphics driver for you card from: CLICKIE!! (http://www.nvidia.com) Then run that setup, once done drag the resolution up to a preference you like, the turn the colour quality as high as possible. Also if on a crt try and turn the refresh rate up to above 60.

linux o/s

yeah...thats cool as well...but its linux...yawn (not going to get into a arguement...linux has its place...and I have built server farms just running linux...but you will not find linux on the desktop in major corps...yet and unfortunately...professionally I am beholden to the beast of Redmond)

Having said that...until you've had to deal with token ring or SNA yer not a techie

It worked. Thank you my g33k friends.

All hail the g33ks.

(Yes, I realise I could probably have done this myself and it requires very little g33k knowledge but I'm lazy so thanks nevertheless, penguins du fromage.)

Sad as I am I my favorite error message was the old GPF on WfWG...'there is something wrong but buggered if I know!' :)

This is the correct answer. Make sure to set the resolution to match your monitor for the best quality. Also, consider downloading Spybot Search and destroy and running teatimer to protect your registry.

Site is silent, yes
No voices can be heard now
The cows roll their eyes.

To have no errors
Would be life without meaning
No struggle, no joy

Errors have occurred.
We won't tell you where or why.
Lazy programmers.

Server's poor response
Not quick enough for browser.
Timed out, plum blossom.

Login incorrect.
Only perfect spellers may
Enter the system.

The code was willing
It considered your request,
But the chips were weak.
