Me and my friends were talking the other day, and we got to philosophizing.
as the world is corrupted as it is, which of the seven deadly sins motivates the most people?

Greed, because sometimes everyone just see themselves and no one else.

What country? Or, I should say culture. The society affects a lot. America, I'd say Sloth, other places might be Greed, some Wrath...It depends on the place and culture and junk.

I tie them all into a form of gluttony, so I'd say that one.
lust is my personal favorite tho...

I'm surprised you didn't say Lust. :p
Edit: "Dinaverg pawned Taredas's head for an extra 200 gold"
As for me... seeing as that's a multiple-choice poll, I'm sorely tempted to vote for "all of the above".

Well...I'd be motivated by Lust, if Sloth wasn't so powerful (Read: If I wasn't so lazy) "Dinaverg bought an extension on his homework becuase he procrastinated"
Aye, that's what I did! Yay picking all the options!
I voted "sloth," but thinking again, probably "pride."
Though maybe I'm just thinking of me.

I just gotta do it....:p

Go to Hell Monkeypimp...!
LOL I say that to my boyfriend every time he goes to work but it's the first time I've ever said it to anyone else! Hellish huh?! (teeheehee) :D
Remember Hell's too good for some people! Luckily you're not one of those...:cool:

I'm off to work now actually :(
Our shop (which shall remain secret) made an adulterer the other day. Very excitingly oldschool.

Pride = Hmm..revenge for 9/11?
Greed = Oil!
Lust = Oil!

Envy, it tends to drive some of the others up there (especially greed)

Megariffically old-school. Pre-dates our magnetic fridge-menu/price-listie & I believe the menu is over a year old....
Most exciting happenstance I can report at my hubby's 'place of tasty damnation' is the giving to staff of ice-creams due to all the sticky lids inexplicably becoming unsticky...
So by a clear margin the winner of the 'Hell excitment sweeps' is Monkeypimp and the rest of the crew at the 'shall remain secret' branch...!:D
Hope your evening at your particular branch of tasty damnation is not too hellish for you!

America sloth?!!!!! America is the hardest working nation in the world. Maybe not exercise-wise, but certainly workweek wise. At least in the developed world.

The worst sin in the world of today is greed. But it has nothing to do with human "nature", it's a consequence of a system appealing to greed, praising and rewarding it: capitalism.
