I must have to go with the mind on this one. Using the mind, all other weapons are used, maintained, and improved to be bigger and better weapons. Without the mind, all other weapons are worthless, but through the mind the weapons will get stronger and stronger.

Surely the most powerful weapon is not a matter of opinion, but can be scientifically verified. Anyway I nominate the possibly fictional 100 megaton nuclear bomb that the USSR claimed to have built in 1975.

The mind is not itself a weapon. It can conceive of strategies which make weapons more effective, but it is not itself a weapon. Barring of course the development of telepathy/telekinesis of some sort.

Psh. "the mind" is not a weapon. It facilitates the invention of weapons, but not exclusively. Unless you're beating someone down with your brainstem, the mind is not a weapon.

I voted for both "the mind" and "all weapons are stupid." Because the mind is the most powerful weapon, as it can create new weapons, but all weapons are also stupid.
