Your life is meaningless anyway, so waste the three minutes you would have spent waiting for Hotmail to load doing this instead. As a matter of interest, name the heads of state of as many countries as you can think of. Include both the leader's name, country and preferably title. Use the top reply, so you aren't tempted to cheat off other people's answers. GO!

It's easier to list the people who actually do the work, though. Heads of states are penises.

Australia: Prime Minister John Howard
Belarus: President Alexander Lukashenko
Canada: Prime Minister Stephen Harper
France: President Jacques Chirac
Germany: Chancellor Angela Merkel
Indonesia: President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono
iran: President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
Italy: Prime Minister Romano Prodi

PRC: Prime Minister Hu Jintao

Okay... so I cheated an looked at other answers. I'll just try and name the heads of state that I know on top of any others I might have been able to get on top of those already named.

Uzbekistan:
President Islom Karimov

Bolivia:
President Evo Morales.

Germany:
President Kohler. I can't remember his first name.

Italy:
President Ciampi. He's about to stand down in a few months I think.

Spain:
King Juan Carlos I

Netherlands
Queen Beatrice

Luxembourg:
Grand Duke... uh... um... I don't know. I know he's a Grand Duke though.

The Vatican:
Pope Benedict?

Not that I know of.
There has been a princess Christina (born Marijke, but she didn't like that name) in the Netherlands. She is no longer a formal member of the royal family.
There have been ten kings Christian in Denmark.

Has there ever been a queen named Kristina in any country in the world? Seriosly I wan't´to know...
Sweden had a queen Kristina/Christina in the 17th century. She abdicated though.

Federal President Horst Köhler, Germany
President George W. Bush, United States of America
President Jacques Chirac, France
Queen Elizabeth II, United Kingdom/Canada/Australia/New Zealand
President Lukashenko, Belarus
President Vladimir Putin, Russian Federation
President Fidel Castro, Cuba
President Vicente Fox, Mexico (due to change soon)

Can't name that many more. I'd like to add Champi for President of Italy, but he just recently finished his term and I don't know the new guy's name yet. I've never really been all that interested in European Royalty or the other heads of state, as the head of government tends to be the better known person. Other than that, it's always difficult to tell whether said well-known person is head of government (for instance Tony Blair), head of state (for instance Jacques Chirac), or both (for instance George W. Bush).

Alot of people seem to be confusing "head of government" with "head of state".Indeed :D
