Yes, but the smiley would have enhanced it greatly (which is very useful if the reader is tired).

I quite like :) and i quite like :D and i quite like:confused: but my favourite one is :rolleyes: cause i do that all the time!!!!

:p, :eek:, and :) are the most effective; thus, I like them the most.

I'm also rather partial to ;) and :(. And :D. And :cool:. And :rolleyes:. That's about it though.
