Coach football (the real one, not what my US countrymen try to pass off as sport) and used to play. Also used to play baseball and basketball but gave them up to focus on football, and I played rugby till forced out by a back injury. Used to do gymnastics as well. I still occasionally play hockey and tennis, and I'm learning to play golf.
I think that's it...

Rugby and cricket are my big ones. Cricket especially. Hoping to make some rep teams this year.
These days the only sport I do is running, but that's really just to keep in shape so I don't think it counts. At various points in the past I've done gymnastics, soccer, swimming, showjumping/eventing and ultimate frisbee.
Rugby (Wharfedale RUFC under 16's, 17's and colts), Cross Country Running (Yorkshire and Horrogate representive), Football (keep for Craven area), Cricket (Threshfeild A and Wharfedale B), Fell Racing and Hiking.

Ultimate (Frisbee) - My team won our league this year, and we had a blast playing. It is a fantastic sport.
Cycling - Not a sport, per se, but certainly a great way to get around.
Swimming - Again, not really a sport, but I love it anyway.
AB Again
23-05-2006, 19:16
Now - nothing; my knees will allow me to swim, but I don't count that as a sport, it is an activity (unless you race which I don't).
In the past:Abseiling, Aikido, Archery, American Football (D Line) , Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Bowling (10 pin) Cricket, Cycling (road), (Darts?!), Fencing (foil - lefty), Football (centre half), Judo, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Sailing, Skiing, (Snooker?!), Track and Field (decathalete - and I still detest running more than 400m)
I am not sure if Darts and Snooker count as sports. The level of athleticism required is almost negative.

I almost never hear of any other fencers! Though I'm from the dark side, saber...
Fencing joke-
How does each kind of fencer help an old lady across a busy street?
The epeeist takes whatever she's holding and walks her all the way to her house, even if it's miles away.
The foilist looks both ways and says, "Ok, you can go, but hurry"
The saberist shoves her into the path of the oncoming traffic :p

I used to do swimming a lot and basketball, but since i moved a few years back i don't really get the chance to go swimming very often and there's not really a team here that i can play with for basketball. I do fitness sometimes now and i cycle pretty much every day now too
Do you do any sports? I do fencing, and my favorite weapon is the epee. Football, Baseball, Basketball, Dodgeball, Debateball?I've joined the "dress up and get drunk" club (although they refer to themselves as a fencing club) here at uni.
I used to play proper hockey for Lisnagarvey, one of the top clubs in Ireland. Until about two years ago I was first choice right-wing for all the junior teams, and was usually the first name put down when they were picking the team. Also could play defensive midfield, centre midfield, left wing, and right or centre forward just as good as anyone else in the team, but right wing was my favourite.

I used to be a competitive swimmer. I've won many competitions and medals. Getting too old though now. I don't swim as much as I used to anymore. I just don't find it fun anymore.
I'd like to join the fencing club at the University I'm going to this month. Even though it is a sport for my ideological opponents the aristocracy, I've always wanted to fence. There's a part of me that wants to be a nobleman.

That's how fencing was at my uni as well.
However I eventually had to drop them in favor of horseback riding (western) and ultimate frisbee. After I graduated, I picked up martial arts as well, and still going strong.
