Who will win?
For which team are you cheering?

I am currently going for Edmonton, since they are the last Canadian team in the playoffs.

Well seeing as there are only 4 teams left standing that might be a reason...

I kinda like the Mighty Ducks because their name is so goofy and they play at The Pond. But I chose Edmonton because, well, they are Canadian. Canada just should win the Stanley Cup most years. Its only right.

Without Toronto in the playoffs this year, I'd naturally gravitate to a Canadian Team. Just as long as Anaheim doesn't win. It still irks me that they named their team after a Disney movie.

I don't really like any of those teams...but if i had to pick i'd go for Edmonton.

Anyone other than those dastardly Canadians.

Besides, hardly anyone cares in Anaheim, 'canes are just another transplant team that should be moved back to the north east and the Sabres are the sons of the Devils :sniper:

I've been cheering for Edmonton since day one, even though I live in Calgary, nothing will chance the fact that they arte my team.

Ducks, but it doesn't look good for them. Edmonton won at the Pond, so now Anaheim has to win in Edmonton,where they haven't won since 1999.

Carolinas been pretty hardcore. I expect them to go all the way.

Why not? If you like the sport you should be able to find enjoyment in watching it no matter who is playing.

anyone but carolina. We have three teams very close by (Boston and the New Yorks) and yet, they get less coverage than carolina because carolina was from hartford...10 years ago. MOVE ON.

First choice? Canucks. Then they keeled over. Second choice? Flames. They're out too. Third? Senators. Nope, they aren't around anymore...

Oh well. Out of these teams, I really don't care much. Except no warm weather team.

The Oilers have throunced the Mighty Ducks in game two of their series. I am really, really beginning to appreciate Dwayne Roloson. With luck they can sweep the series, and rule the final showdown.


After the disaster at the World's, Canada has to do something monumental this year.

Sabres versus the Oilers. The Oilers just went up 3-0 on Anaheim and I SERIOUSLY doubt a comeback is in order.

Carolina will give Buffalo hell. I think Ryan Miller (.914 Save Percentage and 2.60 GAA) will make the difference, just like Dwayne Roloson of the Oilers has been a dominant player in the playoffs and stout in goal (2.43 GAA and a .905 Save Percentage).

Great goaltending wins the Cup, and if somehow Carolina gets past Buffalo, they will get schooled hard by the Oilers. Buffalo just matches up better against the Oilers...

I would not be averse to either Buffalo or Edmonton winning. My Bruins weren't too grand this year anyway.
