Are they? I've been away for a while. So to be honest I'm not sure. But they never were when I was a Game Mod here. But I have been gone for a while. There may be a rule now. If so I'm sorry.
I just want The Nazz to email me. I let my nation die a long time ago.. so I can't message him on NS.
